Abstract：A rapid method of identifing resistance to anthracnose of Chinese cabbage in seedling stage and reflecting adult resistance was developed by testing different inoculating methods,temperatures,plant ages and inoculum concentrations. The suspension of 6 000～12 000 conidia/mL was dripped on to the cotyledon of Chinese cabbage seedlings at cotyledon stage and kept at the temperature of 20～32℃ in 100% moisture for 24～48 hours.
