Abstract：The eggplant cultivar‘Liu Ye Qie’( S. melogana ) was grafted on Sisymbriumleaf Nightshade ( S. Sisymbriifolium Lam),a resistant stock for increasing resistance to Verticillium wilt of eggplant ( Verticillium dahliae ). The artificial inoculation test indicated that the disease index of grafted seedlings decreased by 55.4 than that of the CK.
