Abstract:Xiangjiao No. 12’is a hybrid bred for fresh market and processing. Its plants grow vi gorously with wide adaptation. The variety was resistant to bacterial spot,anthracnose. The yield was about 52.5t/ha. The calyx was not easy to fall off during processing and this gave a high product percentage.
