Abstract：Using the number of feeding puncture as the selectivity indicator,we found in laboratory that the selectivity order of American leafminer to the 22 kinds of vegetables is pea family>gourd family>nightshade family>mustard family and leaf vegetables;In the non-choice test,American leafminer could feed and oviposit on nine of ten kinds of vegetables and complete the whole generation.
