Abstract：Grafting-bitter gourd on Luffa rootstock showed a good compatibility,81.5% seedling survived. The grafted plants grew vigorously at late stage,gave high quality of fruits and increased resistance to nematode. The yield of grafted plants concentrated on later stage was 38.4% higher than that of non-grafted bitter gourd.
