Abstract：The flowering habits,pollen germination and pollen storage of palsam pear ( Momordica charantial L. ) were investigated. Female flower opened from 2∶00a.m. through 6∶00a.m. and male flower from 2∶00 a.m. through 7∶00a.m.. The optimum conditions for pollen germination was liquid medium with 10% Sucrose and 0.01% Borie acid under 30℃ for 3 hours.
