Abstract：Transplanting season,media and time of tissue cultured plantlets of pumpkin were studied. The best time of transplanting was when the plantlet roots were 0～1cm in length. Better medium was 1/3 sands + 1/3 humus soil + 1/3 grits (3 layers). The suitable season of transplanting was spring (from Mar. 10 to Apr. 20). On above conditions,the survival rate of transplants was 90%～100%.
