Abstract：Hainong No.6’ is a F 1 hybrid watermelon. It is highly resistant to Fasarium wilt and anthracnose. The fruit is ellipse covered with dark green stripe and red flesh. It produces uniform and beautiful fruit. The centural soluable solid content was 11%～12%,marginal was 9%～10%,the maxmium can reach 13% ,fruit skin was about 1cm thick. The average weight per fruit was about 10kg,and its marketable percentage was high. The yield was 60～75t·hm -2 . It has been extended in Beijing,Hebei,Shandong,Shanxi,Hun...
