Abstract：Male-sterile plants were found in the seed field of Donglingbai Chinese onion. Six plants were selected and pollinated openly in the same year. At last three plants were harvested and their seeds were sown in three lines separately. In the second year, the plants from a line with high male-sterile rate made a one by one hybridization with the original mass. At the same time,male parent self-pollinated.
