Abstract：The substrate treatments were the mixture of soil/sand (1∶0,1∶2,1∶4) and vermiculite. Cucumber seeds were sown with Glomus versiforme and CK. The results showed the infectionrates of GV were 48.48%-56.15% in mixture of siol and sand, was 37.82% in vermiculite. The most significant beneficial effects of GV are in substrate treatment No.2 (soil/sand=1∶2),which increased leaf area,dry weight and index of health seedling up to 44.09%,36.46% and 83.62% as compared with CK respectively.
