Abstract:The nitrate contents in tomato,bitter gourd and flowering chinese cabbage reduced 27.2%-34.8%, 28.7% -36.1% and 55.6%-61.5%,but the yield of them increased 7.3%-11.1%,10.7%-16.1% and 7.2% -15 1% respectively after fertilizing the composite microbial fertilizer. The contents of soluble sugar in tomato increased 0.9%-1 3%. The contents of nitrate and harmful elements in all treatments products came up to the standard of non pollution vegetable quality.
