Abstract：Eleven kinds of growing media were studied. A high-yield medium suitable for Agaricus blazei Murrill growth was screened out. Its formula was as follows: cotton seed hull 42 % , wheat straw 28 % , cow manure 20 % , wheat bran 5 % , lime 2.5%, calcium superphosphate 1 % , Ca( H2 PO4) 2 1 % , urea 0.5%. The output of Agaricus blazei grown in the medium could be up to 9.12 - 9. 59 kg·m-2,and biological efficiency was 39.65 % -41.70 %.
