Abstract：Jinxihulu No.5 is a new F_1 hybrid developed by crossing two inbred lines A-95 and 96-1-6.It grows vigorously with mid-early maturity.The first female flower starts from node 5-7.The fruit is cylindrical with light green skin,tastes crispy.Average fruit weight is 250-300 g.It has middle resistance to powdery mildew,and has higher resistance to virus than Zaoqingyidai.The total yield is 60 t·hm~ -2 under protected cultivation in early spring.It is suitable for protect cultivation in North China.
