Abstract：To figure out the effects of low temperature on physio-biochemical index in spinach,the activity of POD,MDA content,the soluble sugar content,the chlorophyll content,the permeability of cell membrane were tested with two spinach cultivars(Bandolero and S&G).The results showed that under the low temperature,the activity of POD increased in the early time and then decreased,MDA content,the soluble sugar content and the relative electrical conductance increased,chlorophyll content decreased.MDA content,the sol...
