Abstract：Flow cytometic(FCM)analysis of ploidy level was made with twenty radish regenerated plants obtained by anther culture.Numbers of haploid,diploid,tetra-ploid and chimera were learned from the DNA content of the regenerated plants tested.In the analysis,haploids,diploids,tetra-ploids and chimeras covered 20 %,30 %,25 % and 25 % respectively.The ploidy levels of regenerated plants were identical to that of the plants grown in the field.
