Abstract:The contents of amino acids,protein,fat,starch,soluble sugar,crude fiber and inorganic elements of Arctium lappa L.from different altitude areas were analyzed.The relationship between each ingredient content and the meteorologic factors was discussed.The results indicate that Arctium lappa L.contained rich nutrient elements,such as amino acid(9.89 %~12.19 %),inorganic elements(10 sorts),protein(1.9 %~3.1 %),soluble sugar(11.6 %~13.9 %),etc.As altitude heightens,the contents of protein,amino acid and starch increase,but that of soluble sugar and fat decrease.
