Abstract：Pycnoconidia solution of 30 000-40 000 per mL was used as identification method for resistance to target leaf spot of cucumber.The solution was sprayed on to the seedlings with 1 true leaf and kept in moisture for 24 hours.Inoculation results showed that 3 accessions were high resistant and 2 accessions were resistant to target leaf spot.‘Jinyou No.3’and‘Jinyou No.38’were high resistant varieties to target leaf spot.
