Abstract：‘Xinyou No.43’was a new mid-late maturity seedless watermelon variety developed by crossing 91-4.4x as female parent and 121-01 as male parent.It takes about 89 days from sowing to harvest.The fruit growth period is about 34 days.The first female flower sets from node 8-10，and the mean fruit node is 16.The fruit is green skin and dark green stripes，red flesh，round with 11 % of center sugar content，the rind is small.Its fruit tastes sweet and crisp.The average fruit weight is 3-6 kg and the yield is about 45 t·hm-2.It is suitable to be cultivated in Xingjiang，Henan，Guangxi.
