Abstract:In this paper, the chemical components of pepper, tomato, cucumber, eggplant, cabbage and celery stumps were tested.The results showed that in vegetable stumps the moisture content was 73.77 %-91.91 %, dry mater contents of major elements (N, P and K) were 31.7-85.7 g8226;kg-1, the content of micro and middle elements (Ca, Mg, Fe, B and Zn) were 16.2-87.1 g8226;kg-1, the content of organic mater was 428.4-674.3 g8226;kg-1, among which the major elements were fibrin and lignin, the C/N ratios was 7.0-21.3.
