Abstract：‘Jinxiu’is a new watermelon F1 hybrid which was bred by crossing two inbred lines 9928 and 9927.It is mid-early maturity.It has 95 days of whole growth period and 32 days of fruit growth period in open field.It has long round fruit，light yellow skin with dark yellow stripes.The red flesh has little fibers and tastes delicious.The center soluble solid content is 11.2 %-12.0 %.The average yield is about 48 t?hm-2.It is suitable to be planted in northwest and north China regions in protected land in spring or open fields.
