Differences in Cytological Development Period of Capsicum’s Microspore with Same Flower Organ Morphology of Different Genotypes

Abstract：In this experiment,anthers culture of six genotypes capsicum with different fruit shapes and flavors were stained by PIHCH and observed to study the differences between microspore stages and the same shapes of buds.The results showed that the different genotypes had differences between microspore stages and the same shapes of buds,but different genotypes had common characteristics when petals were 0.2 mm longer than sepals in length,and the color from tip anthers to 1/3 back was slightly purple,and the majority of microspores of various materials were at the stage of single nuclear.
