Abstract：Four genotypes,‘Ne16’,‘BoC’,‘Kexin No.13’,‘Zaliewa’of potato were used to study the factors affecting potato anther culture and identification of its regenerated plant.The results showed that microspore development stage was corresponding with bud morphological characteristics.The regeneration abilities of genotypes‘Ne16’was better than the others.The frequency of induction and differentiation were up to 27.60 % and 6.04 %,respectively.There were distinct differences between the dihaploids and their parental tetraploid cultivars in the traits such as plant vigor,leaf color and tuber shape.
