Abstract：Three genotypes watermelon cotyledon were used as materials to study the main factors influencing the frequency of organogenesis.The results showed that the optimum culture medium for induced buds is MS+6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1.Cotyledonary node is an ideal material for adventitious bud induction.The induction effects of these three genotypes are significantly different.The best rooting medium is MS+IAA 0.3 mg·L-1.
