Abstract：This paper takes 48 cucumber varieties as experiment material, and adopts cutting method to measure cucumber fruit bending degree. Through relative analysis, we find bending has very significant positive correlation with length、stalk length、stalk length/fruit length、fruit length/ fruit diameter ,and very significant negative correlation with cavity size、cavity/ fruit diameter and significant negative correlation with fruit diameter. But it is irrelevance with flesh thickness .According to fruit shape index and bending degree, the paper carries out grading on cucumber and selects 8 straight species and 31 bending varieties.
