Abstract:Taking lettuce(Lactuca sativa L.)as experimental material,this paper studies the alleviative effect of salicylic acid on growth inhibition of lettuce seedlings under stress with different salt concentrations.The results showed that SA pretreatment could increase the plant height,leaf area,root length and root surface area of lettuce seedlings under salt stress.Moreover,SA could enhance the CAT and APX activities in root obviously,reduce MDA content and relative electric conductivity significantly,and improve membrane stability.
