Abstract：After autoclave sterilization,changes of different pH value of MS medium were compared.Hypocotyls and adventitious buds were cultured in culture medium with different pH value to discuss the effect of pH value on in vitro regeneration.The results showed that after autoclave sterilization,pH value of MS medium with different pH value declined in varying degrees.The most appropriate differentiation medium for hypocotyls of Chinese kale(Brassica alboglabra L.H.Bailey)was the treatment with 6.20 pH value before sterilization and 5.65 after sterilization.The most suitable rooting mediums were the two treatments with pH value higher than 6.00 after sterilization.
