Effects of Foliar Zinc Application on Amaranth(Amaranthus mangostanus L.)Growth

Abstract：0.28 ml·L-1，0.40 ml·L-1，1.00 ml·L-1 concentration of zinc fertilizer were sprayed on leaf surface of amaranth(Amaranthus mangostanus L.).The effects on amaranth growth,quality and yield were studied.The results showed that 3 zinc application treatments could increase amaranth height,stem diameter and leaves area,improve its quality,decrease the nitrate accumulation,and increase yield.Treatment with concentration of 0.40 ml·L-1 had the best effect.
