Abstract:When the respiration of fruits and the permeation of the plastic films was balanced, the concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide can be spontaneously modified in MAP bags. In the article a line relationships between the concentration of O 2 or CO 2 and film thickness (D), area (A), cherry tomato weight (W)were established.
