Abstract：Laboratory and field trials were conducted to evaluate the insecticidal activity and efficacy of 1.45% Bukuai (avermectin and imidacloprid mixture) WP,a new commercial mixture product of avermectin and imidacloprid,against major vegetable pests. The results showed that,in the laboratory,Bukuai had high level insecticidal activity to Plutella xylostella,Myzus persicae,Aphis gossypii,Tetranychus sp. and Thrips palmi, which was similar to abamectin and much higher than imidacloprid.
