Abstract：Two black spot resistant lines and two lines susceptible of Chinese cabbage were used as main materials to make populations of F 1,F 2,B 1C 1 and B 1C 2,and resistance identification in these populations by artificial inoculating black spot ( Alternaria brassicae ) was conducted to explore the inheritance regularity in Chinese cabbage. The results showed that the resistance is dominant inheritance and is controlled by a single dominant gene.
