Abstract:Effects of PVA osmotic priming on wild Aubergine varieties for grafting were studied. The results were obtained as follows:1. The optimum concentration of PVA osmotic priming was 1.16%±0.10%,and optimum time was 21.90h±1.79h. 2. Under 1.16% PVA osmotic priming for 21.90h,the seed vigour of various wild Aubergine varieties and different grade of maturity and different number of years of storage were all increased obviously.
