Abstract：Cucumber root activity and photosynthesis is high when soil water content is high in treatment 1(the ratio of actual soil water content to saturated soil water content is 0.85-0.90),and free proline?protein and reducing sugar is low in leaves. As to treatment 3 proline?protein and reducing sugar is high,it s stomatal resist is also high.
