Abstract：Huahuanggua No. 1’ is a F 1 hybrid developed with inbred 8624 crossing with inbred 8601. It can be grown in Spring and Autumn. The yield of the hybrid was 67500 kg/ha. The high yield could be about 90000 kg/ha. It has high resistance to downy midew and powdery mildew. It has been excended about 8000 ha in 18 provinces.
