Abstract：By means of quadratic rotational combination design a three-faltor (N. P. K) experiment of hydroponic. Culture was conducted. The regression equation of the relationship amount N. P. K and the effects on the concentration of nitrate and yield of celerey was established. The results indicated that:Nitrate accumulation had a positive correlation with supply of nitrogen and a negative correlation with P. K. The order that N. P.
