Abstract:Sprouting vegetables can be produced in disused light industry workshops through semi-closed, spatial and soilless culture. It is a new production method combined tradition with intensive production. Facilities required include workshops, multistory shelves, product storage shelves, culture containers and medium, sprinklers ect.
