Abstract:Grey system assessment method is used to develop a quantitative evaluation on the comparative regional advantage for vegetable production by employing 6 vegetable categories data based on 13 counties of Beijing from 2007 to 2009,which takes natural,economic and social factors into account.The results indicated that vegetable production in Beijing has remarkable regional characteristics.The districts and counties with comparative advantages in vegetable production are Shunyi district,Daxing district,Tongzhou district and Pinggu district.At the same time,each district has ascertained its own fruit vegetable types with comparative advantages.
