Abstract:To improve crop growing environment in solar greenhouse,our research team has developed composite phase change thermal storage wall materials,which have been applied to the north wall inner surface of the tomato-planted greenhouse.The results of comparative experiment showed that under same growing conditions,the morphological index of tomato in greenhouse that applied the composite phase change thermal storage wall materials is better than that of those grow in the common greenhouse throughout the whole growing process,and the tomato grown in the former condition is bigger than the latter,and its output is also increased dramatically.This paper quantitatively evaluated how the composite phase change thermal storage wall materials improved the thermal environment of solar greenhouse crops by focusing mainly on the following 3 aspects:the surface temperature of the north wall,the temperature of the arable layer and effective accumulated temperature.
