Abstract:Abstract:In order to investigate the physiological mechanism of different NH4+/NO3- ratio(0∶100,10∶90,25∶75,50∶50)regulating the growth of Chinese kale(Brassica albograbra L.H.Bailey),exudate composition and plant nutrient were analyzed. The results showed that compared with the control(CK)treatment, the biomass and bleeding intensity were significantly improved by ammonium enhancement treatments,in which T2 treatment had the maximum value. T1 treatment increased soluble protein-N and P flux in bleeding sap significantly, compared with the control. T2 treatment had the highest flux of NO3--N,P,Kin bleeding sap. The highest flux of NH4+-N,free amino acid-N and soluble protein-N were found in T3 treatment, while each NO3--N and K flux was lower than that of the CK. Compared with CK,the concentration and accumulation of N,P and K were increased in T1 and T2 treatments, and the concentration and accumulation of K was reduced in T3 treatment. In conclusion, roots absorption capacity, nitrogen metabolism, and the uptake and accumulation of N,P,K were improved by appropriate enhancement(25%)of ammonium in nutrient solution, thereby plant growth was promoted.
