Abstract:Abstract:The paper analyzed the genetic diversity of 111 mustards〔 Brassica juncea(L.)Czern. et Coss.〕
materials using SRAP markers, and recorded their morphological characteristics.21 primer combinations with high
polymorphism were screened from 300 SRAP primer combinations.106 polymorphic bands among 150 bands were
amplified by 21 SRAP primer combinations, and the polymorphic rate was 70.67%.The SRAP clustering results
showed that the genetic similarity of 111 mustards ranged from 0.38 to 0.89,and 111 mustards were divided into
5 groups and several subgroups. The agronomic traits including leaf blade traits, and root, stem, leaf, bolting
development were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the genetic similarity of 111 mustards ranged
from 0.39 to 1.00,and they could be divided into 4 groups and several subgroups. These two results were nearly the
same, indicating that SRAP markers could be applied in studying the genetic diversity and relationships of mustard
germplasm resources.
