Effects of Different Nitrogen and Organic Manure Application on Infection Potential and Spatial Distribution of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi in Greenhouse Tomato Cropping System

摘要 在山东寿光一年两季设施番茄长期定位施肥试验的基础上,检测土壤中的 AM 真菌群落组成;并通过生物接种的方法,检测不同土层 AM 真菌侵染势(MIP),研究不同氮肥和有机肥投入对土壤中 AM 真菌繁殖体数量和生物效应的影响。结果表明,设施菜田中不同养分投入可在一定程度上改变土壤 AM 真菌群落结构,但仍能保持一定数量的 AM 真菌。施肥量的增加显著抑制了 AM 真菌侵染势,AM 真菌在不同土层的空间分布差异不显著。
Abstract:The present study targeted in the long-term experiment in a greenhouse tomato( Solanum lycopersicum L.)double-cropping system in Shandong Province. We collected soil from different soil layers of the plots,identified AMF spore community,and established the bioassay in the greenhouse. The results showed that there were still certain amount of AM fungi in the greenhouse vegetable fields,although different nutrient inputs changed soil AM fungal community composition by a certain degree. AM fungal infectivity was greatly reduced by high amount of fertilizer use no significant differences were found in spatial distribution of AM fungi among different soil layers.
