Abstract：Twentyone isolates of Fusarium oxysporum from watermelon(Citrullus lanatus)，melon(Cucumis melo L.)and cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)in various areas of Liaoning province were analyzed by UP-PCR.The results indicated that a total of 61 bands were amplified using 6 primers，of which 58 amplified fragments(95.1 %)were polymorphic.The isolates were clustered into six distinct groups at the similarity of 0.746 by cluster analysis.FOG1 group includes six strains of melon,FOG2 group includes six strains of watermelon,FOG3 group includes six strains of cucumber,FOG4 includes a strain of watermelon,FOG5 includes a strain of melon,FOG6 contains a strain of cucumber.
