Abstract：‘Jinyou No.38’is a new cucumber F1 hybrid of excellent inbred lines released by crossing B180-2 as female parent and XL6-3 as male parent.The fruit is crisp and sweet with white spine and straight bar.The first female flower appears in the 5th-7th node.The female node rate is about 40 %.The fruit is 32-35 cm in length with about 180 g of average single fruit weight.Its total yield is 150.0 t·hm-2 in solar greenhouse cultivation in winter.It is high resistant to target leaf spot and anthracnose，resistant to Fusarium wilt，and middle resistant to downy mildew and powdery mildew.It is suitable for cultivation in solar greenhouse over winter and in solar greenhouse in winter and spring in north China，northeast and northwest China.
