Abstract:Pakchoi seedlings exposed to different concentrations of lead were used to study effects of lead stress on chlorophyll content and antioxidant system.The main results were following:with the increase of lead concentration the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and total chlorophyll decreased,and the activities of SOD,POD,CAT first increased then decreased,and the MDA content increased.
