Abstract:The Pb content of Chinese mallow have the problem of non-standardization to GB 2762—2005 in the test.The report introduced the phenomenon of Pb content exceeded in Chinese mallow in terms of the distance between the sampling sites and the road,pretreatment methods and other kinds of vegetable.The result indicated that Pb content exceeded in Chinese mallow was caused by the unique surface structure of the plant,it could be solved by washing before consumption.
