Abstract:Effect of salt stress on membrane lipid peroxidation,proline content in cucumber cultivars was carried out at NaCl concentration of 225 mmol·L-1.The results showed that under salt stress,with treatment days prolongation,membrane lipid peroxidation of different cucumber cultivars increased gradually,malonyldialdehyde(MDA)content and membrane permeability increased obviously and difference among cucumber cultivars was significant,the change trend was stable;while the change of proline content showed fluctuati...
