Research progresses on molecular markers of resistance to Fusarium wilt in cucurbitaceae

Abstract:The paper briefly describes differentiation of specialized form of Fusariumoxysporum, and summarizes the general techniques using in molecular marker research as well as the progress in molecular marker of resistance to Fusarium wilt in melon, watermelon and cucumber and other cucurbitaceae crops. The application prospect of molecular marker-assisted selection is viewed in cucurbit breeding.
