Abstract:The tomato genetic transformation system was established by cocultivated cotyledons of four varieties of tomato with agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA 101 including the plasmid pEbisLycBHyg.Then LycB gene can be transformed into tomato via agrobacterium tumefaciens.Regeneration plants of tomato were obtained by callus inducing,bud inducing,striking root cultivation and hygromycin screening in selective condition.PCR and PCR-Southern analysis of these resistant plants proved that LycB has been transferred into g...
