Abstract Xinfeng No.2 is an early F 1 hybrid.Its female parent 91 5 is a selfing line developed from the local resistant to disease pepper varieties by crossing,back crossing and single plant selecting,its male parent 90 8 is a stable selfing line developed from the mutation plants of Harbin sweet pepper by many generations of inbred selection.
