Abstract The report studied the effects of IOA and R-6G on mitochondria inactivation of cotyledon protoplast of non-heading Chinese cabbage 91 HQiu -21 (Aijiaohuang). The results were as follows:0.5mmol·L -1 IOA could reduce the plating efficiency from 15.0% to 6.6% at 25℃ for 20min. While 1.0mmol·L -1 IOA would make all protoplasts inactivated at 25℃ for 10min. 40μg·mL -1 R-6G can effectively inhibit the protoplast division and calli formation at 25℃ for 30min,so inactivated mitochondria with R-6G eases th...
