Abstract The quality of the capsicum fruit includes nutrition,flavor and commercial quality.This paper tested nine indexes which affect the quality of the capsicum fruit with twenty-three capsicum resources,evaluated these capsicum resources by gray relevancy analysis of data processing system,and analyzed the relationship between indexes.The results provide a simple and reliable way to evaluate and select capsicum resources for capsicum quality breeding.
